Use of the Coloring Pages Platform requires that you, as the user (“User”), accept all provisions, rules, and conditions of these terms of use (“Terms of Use”) as well as any applicable license terms (“License Terms”) which form the basis of the agreement between Coloring Pages and the User (“Contract”). If, for any reason, the User disagrees with these provisions and does not accept these Terms of Use, they must not enter the Site or use the Coloring Pages Platform. In the case of any contradiction between these Terms of Use and other documents on the Site, the details in these Terms of Use shall prevail.
Changes to the Coloring Pages Platform, as well as changes to statutory requirements, may make it necessary for Coloring Pages to amend these Terms of Use and/or the License Terms (“Amendment”). Coloring Pages will inform the User of any planned Amendment at least four (4) weeks before the Amendment's scheduled effective date; the amended Terms of Use and/or License Terms will only take effect if the User agrees to them.
1. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION AND LOGIN DETAILS
The User can use the Coloring Pages Platform if they are a natural person who has reached the age of 18. If the User is using the Coloring Pages Platform on behalf of a company or organization, they confirm that they are authorized to act on behalf of that entity and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use on the entity’s behalf.
Use of the Coloring Pages Platform requires that the User fully completes the registration process. To register, the User must:
use a profile of a third-party network, such as Google ("Social Login"); if the User registers with Social Login, they will be redirected to the login/registration page of that network and can log in with their username and password stored with that provider ("Login Details").
2. SERVICE
The Coloring Pages Platform offers tools and features for creating and sharing coloring designs and resources. The User can:
- upload their designs or use templates from Coloring Pages (“Coloring Pages Designs”) to create personalized designs,
- share and publish designs created on the Coloring Pages Platform.
3. FREE VERSION
Coloring Pages may provide a free version of the Coloring Pages Platform with a reduced set of features (“Free Version”). The features available within the Free Version are at Coloring Pages' discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
4. SUBSCRIPTION PLAN, PRICING, AND PAYMENT
Coloring Pages offers various subscription plans with different sets of features (“Subscription”). Pricing for Subscription plans is listed on the Site's pricing page. Upon placing an order and completing the payment process, the User's Subscription will automatically renew unless terminated.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If applicable, Coloring Pages will inform the User of their right to withdraw from the Subscription during the order process.
6. AVAILABILITY, FUNCTIONALITY, AND CHANGES
Coloring Pages does not guarantee continuous availability or functionality. However, Coloring Pages may modify or improve features at its discretion as long as these changes do not unreasonably affect the User's access or experience.
7. DUTIES OF CARE AND COOPERATION
The User agrees to use the Coloring Pages Platform responsibly, in compliance with all applicable laws, and must ensure any uploads or designs do not infringe on third-party rights or contain offensive content. Additionally, the User agrees not to use the platform for activities such as:
- advertising unrelated products or services,
- using automated tools to scrape data from the Site,
- disrupting the platform or attempting to bypass security features.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND RIGHTS OF USE
All rights to the Coloring Pages Platform, including all AI-generated images, are owned by Coloring Pages or its licensors. Users are granted a license to download and use AI-generated images for non-commercial, personal purposes, provided the use does not involve creating a competing service similar to Coloring Pages. We kindly request that you provide attribution to Coloring Pages when using images from the platform.
Any feedback or suggestions provided by the User may be used by Coloring Pages without obligation to credit or compensate the User. Coloring Pages reserves the right to modify, use, or integrate User feedback to improve or enhance the platform, including its AI image generation features.
9. PROCEDURE OF NOTIFICATION AND PRESENTATION OF INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS
If the User believes certain content violates these Terms of Use, they should report it to Coloring Pages. Reported content will be reviewed and removed if it violates applicable policies.
10. TERM AND TERMINATION
The Contract is indefinite. Either party may terminate the Contract without notice. Coloring Pages may terminate the Contract if it finds that the User has used the platform in a fraudulent or improper manner.
11. SUSPENDING ACCESS TO THE USER’S ACCOUNT
Coloring Pages reserves the right to suspend access to the User’s account for any suspected violations of these Terms of Use or if the User’s actions compromise platform security.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Coloring Pages shall be liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence and for damages directly resulting from its operations. Liability for property damage and financial losses is limited in cases of slight negligence.
13. THIRD PARTY DISCLOSURE
Coloring Pages may share data such as names, email addresses, and product preferences with third-party service providers necessary for platform functions, such as login authentication and analytics.
14. THIRD PARTY WEBSITES
The Site may contain links to third-party websites solely for the User’s convenience, and Coloring Pages does not endorse or guarantee these external sites' security or content.

Should any individual provision of this Contract be deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
